Websites have a fixed price: a landing page €1,250, a complete website €1,950 including the first year of domain and hosting — all excl. 21% VAT. The first 5 clients pay an introductory price (€950 and €1,450) in return for a place in my portfolio. An app based on a working app is set up from €950, plus a subscription from €99 per month, cancellable monthly; a fully custom app starts at €7,500. If the app does not suit you during the first month, you get the set-up and the subscription back. The exact amount depends on the number of users and is fixed before the start — and you see a working demo first.
