You pay nothing before you have seen the working demo with your name and logo. If you do not like it, it costs you nothing.
If your site is not online within 7 working days of receiving your materials, you get €100 off.
For a month after delivery I change small things for free: texts, photos and colours.
Work with the app for a month; if it does not suit you, you get the set-up and the subscription back.

Website maintenance: €45 per month or €490 per year — hosting, domain, SSL, backups, updates and up to an hour of changes per month. Cancel monthly, and the domain is in your company's name from day one. Stopping? Then I hand everything over and the site simply stays yours.
50% at the start, 50% on delivery. Delivery time counts from the moment your materials are in — not from payment. Invoice with VAT number, 14-day payment term.
A monthly amount feels cheaper than one invoice. So do the sum over three years, and look at what you have at the end.

No, no app store. You send a link; on their phone everyone puts the app on the home screen with one tap. Parts needed on the road, such as a work order or hours, also work without signal.
Dutch, English and Polish. Your people work in their own language, your customers get documents in Dutch. Another language is possible too — just ask.

EU hosting and a data processing agreement in plain language as standard. You know exactly which data lives where, and your data is yours — not mine and not a vendor's.
Code, content and data are yours, and the domain is in your company's name from day one — not in mine. If you want to stop, I hand everything over with documentation. Nothing ties you down, and maintenance can be cancelled monthly.
